I had an outage from 11:00 am on 09.25.2021 until approximately 6:00 pm on 09.27.2021. How do I get a credit on my bill for this outage?

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message you may need to:
Click "Sign In"
Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
