user_ounsp8 Thanks for posting on our Forums. Was there a recent plan change to the account in removing Voice (phone) service by chance? Does it show as internet/voice equipment? I ask since our gateway rentals are equipped to be used for both Internet and Voice services.

The Xfinity service bill stating "Internet/Voice" is perfectly normal, even for Xfinity Internet only accounts. As our device is able to provide both Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Voice service, it is listed as both regardless of the subscribed services. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to post a screenshot of the Xfinity service bill charges (removing any personal information), and will go over each one.
