Bill after account changes
My service dates are 8/2 to 9/3. The bill for these services generated 7/28. My charges were 329.
I made changes to my account on 8/1, which is before my service date starts. My new bill is 246. The fact that you get away withdrawing 329 on 8/24, over 3 weeks after I made changes is ridiculous.
It's not right that I have to wait almost 2 months for a credit to my account. I'm not in the habit of giving free loans out, which is what this is.
There is no way I believe you cannot change the amount withdrawn on a bill for future service dates when changes occur before those service dates.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I understand how frustrating it can be when a billing amount doesn’t reflect recent changes made to your account.
Because our billing system charges for services in advance, any changes made after a bill is generated, even if they occur before the service period begins, unfortunately do not update the amount scheduled for withdrawal. This is a limitation of how our system processes billing cycles.
If you would like us to review your account and ensure everything is properly adjusted, please let us know. We’re here to help.
