BILL $60+$41 JUMPED $60+$41+$61
Someone a few days ago in here posted their bill just went from $60 to $110 a month.
Same, except mine went up from $60 to $121 and some change a month out of literally nowhere. I don't know what promotion was set up, because I pay altogether $101 including community contract service of $41 a month. Seems, if I'm doing the math, xfinity was getting $101 a month for years and now they want me to kick in another $61 on top of the original contracted $41 and the $60 a month subscription. I have the [Edited: Language] cable I could get so I could invest in the internet portion of options from xfinity. Now, it seems, [Edited: Language]cable and decent internet is supposed to cost me a total of $162 dollars a month XD
That's stupid. It's not any faster, and I just read that the high speed "unlimited" wifi is actually throttled at some point, and going over that will cost you 10 dollars for every $50 or so you go over. No one NO ONE told me any of this. Ever.
I suppose I wasn't diligent enough to assume that if I was being told by xfinity I could actually have something that seemed better than most could offer otherwise, I'd better not assume they were being entirely up front of about the offer. In other words, I was apparently wrong for trusting xfinity was giving me a good thing.
I have budgeted every financial obligation to every person or company every month, and xfinity's bill is always included. I don't see me budgeting another over $150 a month for [Edited: Language] cable and decent internet.
