Biling

Numerous chats and even being transferred to another customer service for a person at least four times on Chad the issue is still not resolved I called Xfinity initially because the ACP plan is running out and I wanted to find out about getting my service changed and Internet essentials well on my account it is the chargers have been changed at least three or four times equipment has been ordered three or four times and the bill just keeps getting higher and higher this should not be so hard to get resolved can I get someone to help me
