Being charged for a service I disconnected.

I cancelled my xfinity mobile account, yet i’m still being charged with autopay every month. I am locked out of turning off autopay, or removing my card even though the mobile account no longer exists. I wonder why you need my card, still on autopay, for a service I don’t use? I try to chat with an agent on the app, it gives me a phone number to call that tells me to chat with an agent on the app. I can’t dispute the transaction through you guys, and I need my money back and for this to stop happening.

Hey @user_xv012k. Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. Have you already attempted to contact our Xfinity Mobile team directly? If so, we can help assist in getting you in contact with our Xfinity Mobile team as we have limited ability to provide assistance directly towards the matter.

If you need further assistance, please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full first/last name and complete service address (Including the city, state, and zip code), and I'll be happy to help.

The app doesn’t allow me to ask any questions it just tells me to call a number for anything i type. I call the number it tells me to use the app, repeat. I go in person, waste 45 minutes of my time at one of your stores just to be told “we can’t look up your account, call this mobile help number” i call it, it tells me “we don’t discuss billing over the phone” and hangs up. So what do I do? I don’t have a mobile account, but I cant take my card off since it’s apparently connected to an account. If the app can’t help, the real life people can’t, and i can’t remove my card, the  isn’t this just fraud?
