I filed a chapter 13 on june 29 and today july 5 my service was discontinued i spent 4 hours of my day on the phone with different people telling me to oay nothing they can do and i have to wait for it to be investigated that is not true and
Under 11 U.S. Code Section 366, you are prohibited from altering, refusing, or discontinuing service based on a pre-petition debt. Keeping my service disconnected while you verify my case is a violation of the automatic stay. Please escalate this to your legal department and restore my service for i work from home and now am missing 2 days of work to feed my family.
