Bankruptcy notification process when you want to maintain internet service
Hello. I filed for bankruptcy that included my past-due balance, but I intend to maintain service and pay all post-petition charges moving forward. What do I need to do to notify you and keep my services active?

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
