Bait and switch
I signed up for 5 yr plan for 70.00 modem included. Xfinity is a nightmare. All they do is try and upsell and act as if they are doing you.a favor. This month my bill is over 100 with no notification. Now they try to claim the modem is for 1yr. And no explanation on price jump. I use to be able to pull up and see my contract. You can no longer do that. They also decreased my speed through the year ramdomly. They try to upsell me to 500mbs for 80.00( 5yr) i saw 1gig is 85 rn. Im told its not avalible to me. Once i get out of the rediculous chat, where they try to convince me they are doing me a favor rasing my bill and lowering my speed. I see the prices on my app all change. Also offer me a 1 time loyalty bonus of a whole.15.00 ( after 20yrs being with them) After 20years i have had it.. im going to look at starlink. I dont like to be lied to.

Hi @jvoge25,
You should still be able to view your agreements by following the instructions in the Find your legal agreements and contract in your Xfinity account article. I personally find it much easier to just check page 3 of my Xfinity bill statement as it list the current promotional discount and promotional discount end date in green writing. The Understanding your Xfinity bill article shows an example of what this looks like, you would just want to review one of your statements before the promotional discount rolled off.
With that being said, we can take a closer look at your account to see why the speed of your plan changed. Alongside reviewing the promotional offers avaialble to you. Just send our team a direct message with your full name and service address.
How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
