Bait and Switch

They say they want to help reconnect you but offer an installment plan if u pay $50 first.  Once you are disconnected NOTHING except full payment  will work. They say, on the app, that if unable to pay full amount you can pay amount due in installments. This is FRAUD and false advertising. The only way is to pay full amount. I did this 2X only to find no service. The proper authorities have been contacted.
