user_845r80 We have a few different ways to set up autopay.
On the Xfinity Website
Sign in to your Xfinity account. Go to Billing & Payments. Select Manage Auto Pay. Choose a saved payment method or add a new one. Review and accept the Automatic Payments Terms & Conditions. Click Set Up to complete enrollment. You'll receive a confirmation message and email.
In the Xfinity App
Open the Xfinity app and sign in. Tap Manage Billing. Under Total Balance, select Bill Settings. Tap Autopay. Choose or add a payment method and follow the prompts to enroll.
If you have Xfinity Internet, using a stored bank account (checking or savings) along with Paperless Billing may qualify you for a $10/month Automatic Payments & Paperless Billing Discount (APPD). Debit and credit cards are generally not eligible for the full discount.
