Autopay methos

I’ve been trying to log in and change my autopay. Website says this is not working. How can I change it

If you’re using a desktop or laptop, we recommend clearing your cache and cookies and then trying again, as that often resolves issues like this.

 

You can also update this information directly in the Xfinity app by following these steps:

  1. Open the Xfinity app and sign in
  2. Tap the Account tab (bottom right)
  3. Select Billing
  4. Tap Payment methods
  5. Choose your current payment method to edit, or select Add a new payment method
  6. Enter the updated information and save
