Autopay discount went away

Hello! I had a $10 autopay discount but it went away during the month of December despite the fact that I am still enrolled in autopay. What can I do to get the discount back? Thank you!

Greetings @user_sy8m6i, some of our legacy plans did lose eligibility for the $10 auto-pay and paperless billing discount. I will have to take a closer look at your account to see if you were impacted by this change.
