AutoPay Discount Dropped - Can't reach chat rep
My auto pay discount dropped off. For some reason it was marked as a new customer promo??? It expired after 24 months (last month). Anyway, chatted w/ a rep and they said if I switch auto pay to ACH it would re-instate my $10 credit. I did that and they said they would credit me $10 for this months bill. Unfortunately, I had to bring kids to school so the chat expired. now when I try to start a new chat the app says to use the existing one, but doesn't exactly say how to do that. Can a rep here help? My plan is internet only and is usually $79.99 but this month is $89.99

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

"Xfinity Support" is broken. Entering it in the DM "To" line does not return any profile, and existing conversations I have had with "Xfinity Support" now appear under the handle "xfinity_community_forum_do_not_touch". ?????
Please be aware that there are 2 kinds of responses in this Forum: Replies and Comments. When you Comment on a post by scrolling down to "Comment on this post here...", I am notified of your response. But if you select Reply, I am NOT notified and may not be aware of your response.

The same notice came to me. I guess Xfinity wants our bank account info so they can directly withdraw from it. They don't want to pay the credit card fees apparently...just another move to get more money from their customers. I am NOT giving them direct access to my bank accounts...who know how secure their system is and if it's "unhackable".
