Autopay automatic discount

Hello, I have a question regarding my bill. I am enrolled in paperless billing and autopay, however it appears my automatic payment discount was not applied to my last bill. May I ask for your assistance?

Got it! You always want to make sure you make the change before the card on file expires or anything. We are happy to look into your account to make sure everything is set up correctly. Can you please send us a DM with your full name and service address? 
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
