autopay and paperless discount is not showing
Hi! I see in the forums that the $10 autopay and paperless discount will only after 30-45 days upon signing up. We did so last January 23. I also see a response that you have to be in an "eligible plan". It's been more than 45 days and we still do not see the $10 discount in our monthly bills. Is our plan not eligible that's why we are not getting the paperless billing and autopay? What are the eligible plans?

Every dollar counts and we want to make sure you have the most value for your service and all the discounts we can offer. Some plans (in certain areas or by availability) come with an additional $5-$10.00 discount for automatic payments and paperless billing options. Not all do but you are correct that the discount applies 30-45 days from when the autopay feature is turned on.
You can find specifics for your agreement through the Xfintiy MyAccount app under the SETTINGS tab after logging in. However, we would be happy to take a look for you and while we have your account up, we can also review it for any additional discounts or options for savings as well 😊.
