Autopay and Ecopay

I signed up last week for service and was told I would receive a $10 credit monthly for autopay and no paper bill.  The system generated my first bill but no credit shows even after setting up these services.  Can you tell me when to expect the credit to show?

@jeffdanger  That being said above, we have credited your account $20 for two months of this discount before it automatically kicks in after 45 days.

The credit should show up on your 3rd bill or after 45 days.

I have received my 4th bill from Comcast and it says I am receiving the $10 discount for autopay but my bill is still $10 higher than the rep. I signed up with said it would be.   Current bill is $170 bit I was told it would be $160.  Is there a way to check this?

Hello, @jeffdanger. I hope you are having a good start to the weekend! We would be happy to look into this. The discount is dependent on both Eco Billing and Automatic Payments. In some of our areas, the discount can take up to 45 days to apply after signing up for both services but you would be well past that.
