Automatic Payments
I have seen other companies from all sorts of industries (utilities for example) that bill on a monthly basis give a small discount to their customers (maybe between $5 and $10 a month) who sign up for Automatic Payments. I see no such offer here (I know I know... a big SHOCKER that Comcast/Xfinity doesn't offer such a customer friendly bonus from a company with such a stellar reputation of customer service) so I'm asking if someone can confirm that for me. I mean $5 a month ain't much, but it ain't nothing either. I'd sign up for it. But if there's no benefit for me to do so, then I'm not going to bother signing up for it.
Same is true regarding paperless billing. It is simply an OBVIOUS FACT that it costs less to press a button and send an email than to print out and mail a bill every month. Does Comcast/Xfinity offer to pass on some of that reduced cost to it's customers who sign up for paperless billing? I can't find any evidence of it. But that could me being wrong (on both of these issues) because for some reason I've never figured out, I really suck at searches on the internet so maybe there's an article here that I haven't found that explains the benefits (if any) of setting up automatic payments or paperless billing.
Can someone help me? By either confirming there is no benefit passed on to us consumers or that I missed it and there is.
Thank you

Hey there, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your account. We do offer Autopay and paperless billing discounts for our residential customers. It is typically $10 off a month with a bank account linked to autopay. I love that we offer this savings and it is so nice not having to worry about making a payment on your account. We would be happy to check on your specific details on your account. If you would like to send over a Direct Message.
