Auto Pay Discount
Last month I made changes to my auto pay which had it briefly attached to a credit card. Due to this, my autopay discount of $10 was removed. I had contacted support via chat who assured me that I would receive the discount when the payment went through since it was attached to a checking account even though my bill for 10/7-11/6 did not reflect the discount. Of course when the payment posted I did not get the discount. Even now when I look at upcoming 11/7-12/6 charges for my account, I do not see the discount reflected. I contacted support again via chat who assures me that I will get it when the payment comes out. Needless to say since I was already promised that last month and it didn't happen, I suspect I will have the same issue next month.

I am sorry to hear that the discount for the automatic payments did not get updated in time for the latest payment, but you have come to the right place for assistance, we are a dedicated team of experts that can help with these types of issues. Whenever the payment method is updated on the account, it can take up to 45 days for the discount to be reflected on the account. How long ago was the payment method changed back to a bank account?
