Auto Pay and Paperless billing discount

Hello, I sent a direct message to xfinity support and they asked me to post a public message here.  It has been more than 30 days since I activated Auto-Pay and paperless billing. Could you check if I'm eligible for the $10 discount to my Internet Account?
