Assistance with Triple Play to NOW Internet Transition (Prefer to Handle Remotely Due to Mobility Issues)
Hello, I am a Diamond status member looking for assistance with unbundling my current Triple Play service to move to NOW Internet ($30/mo plan).
I have had multiple long chat sessions this weekend with various tiers of support where agents confirmed my eligibility but were unable to successfully schedule the 10-day pending disconnect needed to unlock the NOW order portal.
I am aware of successful transitions reported by other users on this forum where a 10-day pending disconnect was the key. (For example, https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/switch-my-xfinity-internet-service-to-now-internet-jan-2026/695f25b899d8a963718be724)
I currently have a store appointment scheduled for Tuesday, but I have mobility issues and prefer to handle this remotely to avoid the physical strain of the trip.
Can an Official Employee please help me set the 10-day pending disconnect and verify that my Xfinity Mobile line and device payment credits, my account’s Diamond status, and my comcast.net email address will remain intact?
