"I canceled service due to moving permanently out of the United States. I have always used customer-owned equipment (Netgear router and modem). Please audit my account history and remove the unreturned hardware fee."
Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you owned your modem but still see unreturned equipment fees on your account, the charge may be related to the free service formerly known as Xfinity Flex, now called Xumo. Although the service was free, the streaming box was leased equipment and needed to be returned. https://www.xfinity.com/learn/xumostreambox
If you still have access to your account, you can review your detailed billing statements from the past 12 months. On page 3, under regular charges, equipment, and services, you may see Xfinity Flex or Xfinity Xumo listed.

Do you have someone back in the States who would be able to return the wireless streaming box to Xfinity?
