ask a question about my bill

I'm being billed for Paramount+ in error. I contacted customer service via text and explained I was being double billed--on my credit card & on my Xfinity bill. I was told the charge would be removed and I would receive a credit for the charges I was already billed. I just checked my most recent bill dated 2/3/24 and I'm still being billed. Please advise me on how to proceed.
