Greetings @user_r6vepf,
Xfinity keeps the past 24 months of billing online. You can access your previous billing statements by using the How to view your Xfinity bill online and View your Xfinity billing statement history articles in conjunction.
I am aware that you mentioned the entire year of 2023, but just wanted to provide that information in the event that it is sufficient for your needs. If you do need statement records from longer than 24 months ago our Law Enfrocement and Suscriber Record Center (LESRC) would be the best team to get in touch with.
The process will involve you providing a signed form authorizing Comcast to release the records. You can request a copy of the form by emailing subscriber_recordrequest@comcast.com. Completed authorization forms should be faxed to the LESRC at 1-866-947-5587. Please bear in mind that the Comcast LESRC will always contact the person submitting the request by phone to verify the authorization form.
