Applying Student Discount

I am a law student. I got a discount when I bought Xfinity WiFi to pay $50 per month. It has recently went up to $100 per month. How can I get my bill lowered again?

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_x53zaf Hello! Thanks for using this platform to contact us, and we are happy to work with you to help get you the best rate available.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
