ApplePay Autopay stopped working

Apple Autopay stopped working two months ago. Xfinity did not notify me until AFTER my bill was late, and now my autopay credit is gone!

Other customers have had the same issue: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/billing/autopay-stopped-working/63d7eaa0d9aa6753d37abb4c.

Direct messaging (https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging) not not work (Error 404).

I should have the late fee cancelled as this was the fault of Xfinity and NOT any action taken by me.

Hello, @user_b8ce13. Thanks for posting on our community forums. I'm sorry to hear the auto-pay was canceled. To make sure we are on the same page. Is this the process you are following to set up Apple Pay? Set up or Cancel Automatic Payment
