Appaling service - hidden fees and agents lying to me
I was charged a $100 installation fee without being told about it in advance. When moving, I planned to switch to AT&T because they offered me a better deal and had no install or equipment fees.
I spoke with a nice agent who offered me a better deal than my current, and that would beat AT&T's deal. After accepting this deal, I hung up happy. But i never heard from this agent again, nor did i receive information about the deal i was offered....
When I transferred my service, I went through all the trouble shooting steps and nothing worked. So they said they'll have to send out a technician to try to trouble shoot. This technician had to cut a NEW hole in my wall, even though there are already 2 coax holes right next to where he cut the hole. He strung a wire in the absolute uggliest position across the direct middle of the site of my house, not even hidden in the top along the roof like the other coax wires from previous providers.
I was charged $100 without ever being told i would be charged money. If i was aware of this, I would have gone with AT&T like I had originally planned!
TL:DR - I was promised a better deal but never received it, and was charged a surprise $100 fee. If this isn't resolve I will just move my wifi and mobile services to AT&T as originally planned.
