All phone lines canceled but still getting billed

How do I stop getting a monthly bill if I do not have a phone from xfinity? I had 2 lines, both were canceled but I still get a monthly charge even though I have no phone. This has been canceled more than once, verified by xfinity that I have no phone but still being billed even though the card was removed.
