AI loop in chat - billing

I have a bank account connected for autopay and should be getting the discount of $10 off for that. I also received a $10 credit from an agent. I am not seeing the autopay discount applied in addition to the credit. I have been waiting with the AI agent who says a specialist will be with me "soon" it has been over 30 minutes.

Hello, @user_td9p3r thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I'd be reaching out as well if I didn't see all the discounts I should be getting on my bill as well. From experience, I've seen that it can take up to 45 days for the checking autopay and paperless statement discount to take effect. - When did you set up the checking autopay, and to confirm you have the ECO bill paperless statements set up as well?

I understand the autopay discount can take up to 45 days, but I have already enabled both bank autopay and paperless billing.

Can you please confirm:

  1. That my account is correctly enrolled for the $10 autopay discount
  2. The exact date it will begin applying
  3. That I will receive backdated credit if it does not apply on the next bill

If this cannot be confirmed, I would like this escalated or a manual credit applied.
