I wasnt aware that charged for agent interaction. I rarely call. Maybe this is a fee I havent heard of.

user_2ndla8,
I can certainly understand why that would be confusing, especially if you were not aware that a charge could be applied for that type of interaction and you do not call in very often. I'd be happy to take a closer look into the charge with you. Would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the 'To:" line, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message.

user_2ndla8, Are you sure? We truly want to help. I completely understand why you're feeling that way, and I sincerely apologize that your question was never directly answered after the amount of time you spent trying to get assistance. Being transferred multiple times, waiting on hold, and having to repeat the same information over and over would be frustrating for anyone.

We certainly don't view your inquiry as an inconvenience, and we're sorry this experience has left you feeling unheard. If you're willing to give us one more opportunity, we'd like to review the charge with you directly and provide a clear explanation of what it is and why it was applied. Please send us a direct message with your name and service address, and we'll take a closer look.

If you've already decided to move forward with canceling, we respect that decision and appreciate the time you've been a customer. Regardless, thank you for sharing your feedback, as experiences like yours help us identify areas where we need to do better.
