After existing customer promotion expires and monthly bill gets more than doubled - Sincerely need help
My 300 Mbps with promotional rate just expired and my monthly bill increases from $30.94 to $70.94.
I would hope to remain with Xfinity. Would an Xfinity representative please check and see what the least expensive Internet-only service option currently available to my account? Please include any lower-speed/lower-cost tiers that may not be prominently displayed on the website.
The inflation makes everything difficult to pay the bills. I would like to keep Internet-only service to make it through next school year in college.
Sincerely appreciate your help!

Greetings @user_paclrf,
I hope classes have gotten off to a good start for you! I know we're all trying to do our best to balance our budgets, especially while in school. We typically have the same promotions that are listed on the Xfinity plan change page. 300 Mbps is the slowest speed tier that we currently offer for our traditional post-paid internet service. With that being said, there is a prepaid service callexd NOW internet that offers a few other speed tiers at 100 Mbps and 200 Mbps. It is important to keep your needs in mind when selecting a speed tier and your preference for support. We do have many channels to provide support for the post-paid service, but primary support for the NOW internet service is held through NOW Portal. We can still perfreom an account review to see if there are any promotions available that match your needs, I jsut wanted to set the proper expectation. Please feel free to send our team a direct message with your full name and service address.
