adjustment-request for sporting events

would like to know how to get the adjustment for the sporting events mentioned in your letter that occured between April and JUne of 2020.

Courtesy adjustments were recently issued to impacted active customers and would be visible on recent statements. 

 

Looks like you may have moved or changed account numbers recently.

Courtesy adjustments were recently issued to impacted active customers and would be visible on recent statements. 

 

I can see the credit on your account issued today. 

 

As this account is showing as disconnected, any refund/adjustment can be expected to be sent to the address that we have on file for you within the next 30-60 days.
