Hi there @user_avuhh9!  Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support.  We are so glad to hear from you and want to help in any way that we can to ensure that you are having the best experience with your service.  No worries!  You have reached out to the right team, to get things squared away for you.  Do you have a recent billing statement?  The mailing address for payment should be there.  If you are looking for additional payment options, you can always pay your bill online at Xfinity.com/myaccount or by logging into the Xfinity app.  Also, you are always more than welcome to contact Customer Care directly at 1-800-XFINITY (934-6489) to pay over with phone with a live agent or using our automated system.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.

The concern is not "Home Networking" related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

If you sign in to your account you should be able to find a PDF version of your billing statement.  You can print the page with the mailing address on it then cut the coupon off and mail it with your check.  Be sure to write your account number on your check!
