Address blocked and I’m getting the run around
So I have called Xfinity customer service I went on the chat and I’ve been given the runaround every phone number I am given is disconnected or it is for something that is not Xfinity related my ex-husband owes money to Xfinity. Apparently I have never had service. I’m divorced and we have no contact order in place so I cannot get a hold of him. It’s critical that I have Internet due to my son having a rare heart condition and all of his medical equipment reports back to the home healthcare program at his Children’s Hospital that in my kids, schooling relies on Internet and they have been without and now the school system is trying to come down on me I’m in shambles trying to get help and answers that I need so I can restore my services. I have not been with my ex and I am told I cannot have Internet because I lived here when he had it, but however, I was not living with him
