Additional Usage charge $10/50GB ????

I downloaded 2 games and now I get charged with an extra $20 surprise charge on my bill for Usage??? When the [Edited: Profanity] did this start? 
My normal bill is $122 for only(!) internet, and this price was bad enough, but now I get an additional charge for downloading a couple games??? That is absurd! 

Comcast no longer has a monopoly on high speed internet. There are other high speed internet providers now. 

I will pay that extra charge, but as soon as I can I will be switching Internet providers. Fiber Optic from KUB is right around the corner.  A guy I work with has it, and his Internet is ALOT faster, and ALOT cheaper.

Yes, Comcast will get the extra $20 from that stupid Usage Charge, but Comcast will be LOSING my $120 PER MONTH when I switch providers. 

I have tried to be loyal to Comcast even through "bill increase" after "bill increase" over the years, $5 here, $5 there, but this surprise usage charge has finally changed my mind.

I have downloaded games before and never had to pay a Usage Charge. I don't know if this is a recent change, but it is ridiculous, and it punishes anyone who wants to download games. I can see a Usage Charge for a really high amount, maybe 200GB, but NOT 50GB. Some games today are close to, if not over 50GB for one game!

So, let me say good bye ahead of time to Comcast. Your service has been good to me over the years, but you have changed for the worse, and it looks like it is time for me to find a better ISP.

PS This type of thing is why I switched from AT&T to Comcast many years ago. I guess now Comcast is going to do what AT&T started doing, with stupid extra charges (on top of an already expensive bill), and now I will be leaving Comcast for this same reason.
