Adding spouse's name to billing statements

Hi,

I wish to add my spouse's name to the billing statements in addition to my name (the primary account holder). I have seen other posts addressing this (e.g. Xfinity forum: "I need to add my spouse name to my XFinity bills"). However, each set of instructions includes sending a "direct message" but I don't see that option on the main page. I wonder if there is a different process for addressing this?

Hello fleung2, thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I would be happy to add your spouse's name to your monthly statement. To review your account and make that change, please send a direct message with your full name and address. 

 

 

To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
