Adding secondary name on billing statement

Hi, I’m the primary on the account. I’d like to add a secondary name on the billing statement (not just an authorized user). What do you need from me to process that?

Thank you

Hi there, @user_70n6ns! There are 2 ways to get this done, first, by visiting an XFINITY Store with both parties, picture ID's and proof of residence for both parties.

Acceptable documents to prove an address:
-Certificate of occupancy
-Utility bills for a metered service
-Utility welcome statement
-County assessor documentation
-City and/or county permits
-Purchase/sales agreement — a sales contract between owner/developer and buyer (only the address section of the contract)

Or we can submit a request where you would be asked to upload the required information. Let us know how you prefer to proceed. Thanks!

Thank you for reaching back out to us here. I can assist you with that request. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
