Hey @user_u3e7gq, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the Xfinity Mobile account and billing. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.

Can you please take a look at your mobile bill and let us know what the specific charge(s)are for? You can visit our "What charges appear on my Xfinity Mobile bill?" and "Where can I find my Xfinity Mobile account payments and bills?" on steps to view the Xfinity Mobile billing to help identify the additional charges for review. We hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you very much for the information @user_u3e7gq. Those appear to be valid taxes and fees that may be assessed to an active Xfinity Mobile line. You can learn more by visiting our 'Learn more about the taxes, fees, and other charges on your bill' support page. As these are valid fees, we would be unable to remove them from the statement. Did you have questions about the specific charges?
