Add Manager as Billing Statement Addressee
Hi,
I am looking to replicate the successfully-completed request in the referenced thread for our Internet service account: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/billing/add-manager-on-account-as-billing-statement-addressee/69c58fba85de0a227a85817b.
My spouse is listed as a Manager on our Xfinity account, and we would like to have her shown as an addressee on the billing statements. Will greatly appreciate your guidance .

While the Xfinity bill itself can only be issued to the name of the authorized primary account holder, if it is simply the name on the address in which the physical bills are sent to in the mail, you could update that anytime by updating the mailing address for your account 👍
