Add Manager as Billing Statement Addressee

Hi, 

I am looking to replicate the successfully-completed request in the referenced thread for our Internet service account: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/billing/add-manager-on-account-as-billing-statement-addressee/69c58fba85de0a227a85817b

My spouse is listed as a Manager on our Xfinity account, and we would like to have her shown as an addressee on the billing statements. Will greatly appreciate your guidance .

While the Xfinity bill itself can only be issued to the name of the authorized primary account holder, if it is simply the name on the address in which the physical bills are sent to in the mail, you could update that anytime by updating the mailing address for your account 👍

Hi there, thank you for the response. The account and billing information can remain under me as the primary account holder, that is perfectly okay. The link you sent did not outline a way to add my account Manager's name to the billing. I clicked on "update address" and nothing comes up about the addresse. When I try to change my name to spouses it won't let me in the Account information as its says, its already a name on the account. Is there anything else that can be done or should I call customer service directly?

To confirm, are you trying to have your spouses name as the sole recipient on the mailing address of the bill itself, or something else?

It doesn't have to be the sole recipient. If it could be in addition to mine, that would be preferred but if that is not an option, then yes their name can be the only name listed on the bill while the payment information and primary account owner information remains the same.

We can't have two peoples names represented on a single name line, but we can definitely help update the name on the mailing address if that'll work 👍 To get started, please send us a direct chat message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account to “Xfinity Support”.
