Acp
I applied for acp March of this year I was granted the discount and enrolled through Xfinity to lower my internet bill. I just continued on with life. After my bill went up after the 2 years were up on contracti investigated. I noticed the credit was never applied. I contacted live chat. I was told to prove it quite rude tone actually. I looked thru all my mail I could not find anything. So that's that. Ffwd to today. Christmas. I applied through my wireless carrier and I was told Xfinity has been using my acp credit since April. Yeah. I'll call it won't fo s [Edited: "Language"] thing. They turned my phones off and I wasx one payment behind. Day of new billing period poof phj e off this company is royally [Edited: "Language"] people willfully

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

First off, always check your statement monthly.
Next, the information you gave to the National Verifier must match exactly the information Comcast has for you. Even though your wireless carrier said "Xfinity has been using my acp credit since April" that apparently isn't the case since the discount was never applied.
If you haven't sent that DM, I suggest that you do that so that the employee's here can check to see what happened.
