I have been enrolled in the ACP program for over a year now and I thought I recertified but I guess I didn’t and every time I try it’s either telling me there’s an error through the Xfinity site or it’s not giving me the option to choose Xfinity, please please please tell me what to do. @user_3jsqhs I definitely want to help in any way I can, but we do need your cooperation to get to that goal. Getting the error message and the link you are using would help in that regard if you could provide it please. Here is the link with instructions on the recertification process : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/acp-recertification I would recommend checking that out to be sure you are going to the right place and filling things out accurately.
