ACP credit

Ive tried three different times to have my renewed ACP credit added to my xfinity account. It was approved as eligible. Can someone help me add this so I am not paying extra each month?

I just spent most of the afternoon searching through the website. The AI assistant is a complete joke. The automated phone system argued with me but finally agreed to let me use text messaging. That was so tedious, but after about an hour of exchanging messages, the agent assured me that my recertification had been approved by Comcast. The agent gave me a different number: 800-266-2278.

After you have been approved by USAC, you have to complete the application on the Xfinity website. I have found nothing that explains this. I just tried it and was approved by Xfinity after being approved two months ago by USAC.

@user_4dn6qt is absolutely correct. After you have been approved, you would then need to notify your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as the recipient of the Affordable Connectivity Plan (ACP) credit. As you can use the credit in a variety of service providers, you would then need to finalize enrollment with the ISP.

Customers can visit our "Enroll in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)" support page for enrollment information, requirements, and more. If you have been approved for the ACP credit, please click on the "Apply with Xfinity" button.

Thanks for the assist @user_4dn6qt
