ACP Credit not being applied.
I just started service June 1st. While setting up service, I applied and was approved. I received my first bill and the ACP credit was on that bill that was paid on 6/19.
My 2nd bill comes out and it’s not on there. I chatted in multiple times and keep getting different answers. One agent told me it takes 45 days to receive the first credit from the 2nd credit and it would be applied 7/18. Well today is the 18th and not applied. Mu auto payment is scheduled to come out tomorrow the 19th. I messaged even yesterday and keep receiving different answers and it’s so frustrating. I just don’t understand as customer service reps they can give wrong information. I am approved. I have applied multiple times. I just would like my credit to be applied please.

I appreciate that but it was applied last statement just fine on 6/3. Now, this statement it’s not applied to my balance and it’s going to draft tomorrow. I just don’t understand. I have tried to reach out and everyone gives a different answer. It’s been so frustrating. I was even told to wait and it would be added on 7/18 (because it’s 45 days between the first credit and second credit) well that wasn’t true either.
