Accessing billing statements of previous address

I recently moved, and I deactivated the Xfinity service at my old address. I need to access my billing statements for that address.  My old account and my current account (for my new address) are linked, and they appear as such on the Xfinity website and in the app.  However, I cannot switch between these accounts like this article says I should be able to: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts.

How can I access the billing statements for my previous address?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thanks for reaching out through our community forums, user_nbd65j! I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to access you statement from your old address. If your Xfinity ID is no longer linked with you old account, your best bet would be to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance team to see if your ID can be linked again. Alternatively, you may be able to access your statements by visiting your local Xfinity Store. Please let us know if either option does the trick!

Hi @XfinitySean,

Thanks for your reply!  My old account is still linked (I can see it in the Account page), but the website and app just won't let me switch.  When I click "Switch Accounts" on the website, the website just keeps me in my current/new account, while the app does not even have a "Switch Account" button.  I will try calling the number you suggested.

user_nbd65j Can you go here (https://customer.xfinity.com/billing/services/statement/history) and tell us if you're able to access the statements you had in mind?

@XfinityBenjaminM

Thanks for your reply!  That link did not work for me - it only showed the statements for my new address, and nothing would help me switch it to my old address (including the Switch Account button, which just returned me to my new address).  After spending an hour on the phone with a very helpful representative, we still couldn't get it to work, so she suggested I go to my local Xfinity store.  They were able to print the statements in <10 minutes, which was great.

That is awesome to hear @user_nbd65j. Glad that the local Xfinity Store was able to assist. @
