404 error Xfinity pay my bill

For several days now, when I go to "Pay My Bill" on the Xfinity site, I get a 404 error message.  I have cleared my cache, tried different browsers, even chatted with a CS rep.  This issue is getting to be old hat.  When will it be fixed?

Hey there, rcm999, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the issues with paying your bill. We want to make paying your bill as easy as possible. Are you having the same issues on the Xfinity app?

@XfinityJeniece​ I do not use the Xfinity app because it is very unreliable, and links send me to random Xfinity pages.

Hmm, that is very strange, and we would love to help get this figured out rcm999. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
