$30 Discount for Xfinity Internet With Getting the Xfinity Mobile not applied - help please

Hi Team,

last month an agent convinced me to sign up to internet for $85 per month. As I was proceeding they offered me to switch both my mobile plans to Xfinity unlimited for $30 per line and by doing so, would offer me an additional $30 off my internet plan for 24 months.

Xfinity Internet - $85

2x unlimited phone plans - $60 (30 each)

-$30 additional discount for the above

I have been keeping an eye on my bills and so far there has been no sign of the $30 discount. I have also seen many posts on this forum talking about the same issues and struggling to get their discount.

I only signed up to this contract BECAUSE of the additional $30 discount the agent promised me.

I am an old customer with more than 2 years of customer.

when I contacted last month, agent told that $30 discount will be applied from next billing onwards, could you please help me on this?

I tried to reach customer support, I was with chat with an agent more than 1hr, but no response. 

Please can someone from Xfinity help so I can avoid having to cut the services?
