2-year plan expired - jump in monthly payment

Hi Team, I've been using Xfinity for over 6 years and the price has really changed. The last jump was hard to swallow (25%, and over the last 2 years it increased by 50%)  and I'm shopping around. I'm going to stay at this place for 2 years and would be happy to discuss a deal you might have for 2 2-year agreement.

Also, the information on my bill varies and I can not say with 100% certainty whether I have 1000 or 800mb.
I will appreciate your help.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:



  • Click "Sign In" if necessary





  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon



  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there



  •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list



  •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line



  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window



  • Press Enter to send it
