Hello User ,

I'm sorry for your painful billing experience , but for what it's worth , I received an email from Xfinity informing me of the rate increases expected in January , 2024 . My internet , phones & TV were

$207.00 , this month it's $305.00 . 😢

I assumed that all customers were sent the same email message ?
Indeed I feel that the customer support has a lot to be desired , although at the end of the day ,

my service is is outstanding !  I generally only need help with the  service provider ~ security and

email server   , my internet & other two services work well, even with inclement weather

conditions or Xfinity updates in progress .
💲 Of course the bill is quite steep , but it's been 16 years so I'm not bothering with hunting for less expensive providers … like " don't upset the apple cart " . 🚜

I hope you feel better knowing that you're not the only one my friend .
