$25 Echeck/EFT Return Fee dispute

Hi, I noticed a $25 Echeck/EFT Return Fee on my latest bill. I’m enrolled in AutoPay, and I wasn’t aware that the payment had failed.
I’d like to understand why this fee was charged and whether it can be waived as a one-time courtesy. This is the first time I’ve encountered this issue, and I’ve already checked my payment setup.
Could an Xfinity representative please review the charge and help me with this?
